- RapidLEI (Ubisecure Oy), our accredited LEI issuer, for processing and maintaining LEI records.
- GLEIF, which manages the Global LEI System (GLEIS) as a separate data controller.
This includes the LEI Contract Manager, LEI Requestor, and Authorised Representative details, processed under legitimate interest ( GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for LEI issuance, renewal, and business continuity.
We do not use this information for marketing, and it is only shared for compliance purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
We store only public company information, which is already publicly available. However, we implement security measures to protect all stored data:
- No sensitive data stored – No passwords or confidential user data.
- Limited access – Only authorized staff can access customer records.
